The season is longer than your terrace thinks.
From October to April, the UAE lives outside. The weeks on either side are lost to glare at noon and heat that lingers past sunset. A terrace with no answer to either sits empty.
Aluminante systems give the space controls. Louvres turn to shade the sun and pull the breeze through. ZIP screens cut glare, wind, and insects without closing the view. Motorised glass drops away in December. Closed in summer, it seals against heat, dust, and noise.

Motorised glass panels that lower and stack away. Closed, brush gaskets seal them against dust and noise. Panels to 4.5 × 4.5 m; sensor and smart-home control.

Fabric screen locked in side rails: cuts UV and glare, stands 80 km/h wind, keeps insects out with the view intact. Serge Ferrari fabric, five-year warranty.
Frameless sliding glazing
ORIZZONTE
Panoramic 10 mm tempered panels on European rollers. Unlimited panel count, low threshold. The boundary disappears behind glass, not frames.
Threshold-free glazing
ASPETTO
Top-hung frameless panels with no floor track, so there is nothing for sand to settle in. Clean floors, clean sightlines, panels to 3.5 m tall.

Presses from 1,800 to 2,800 tons, anodising to Qualanod class, powder coating in 180 RAL colours. The moving parts are European. SOMFY motors from France, GU hardware from Germany, Serge Ferrari fabrics, Şişecam glass. Performance evidenced by ift Rosenheim; CE-marked to EN 1090.
Figures are the manufacturer's, as published. Lumiere is the integrator. We measure, engineer, and install.

From site visit to handover.
Consult
Send the space: photos, rough sizes, what you want it to do. We reply within one business day with a direction and a budget range.
Measure
We survey the opening on site and record levels, fixings, power, and drainage. Those numbers are what the fabrication is built from.
Engineer
Each system is engineered to its opening: structural load, wind rating, water management, controls.
Supply
Fabricated to order in Istanbul, then shipped with full export documentation. Production typically runs 7–21 working days.
Install
Installed, commissioned, and handed over working. One point of contact from first visit to first evening outside.
Send the space. We return a fixed, itemized proposal.
